What this is

One team. One role. Long term.

This is not freelancing with four clients, not an outsourcing floor and not a job you have to leave the country for. You are hired as a dedicated member of one company's team, with agreed hours, a monthly salary and a manager who cares what you ship, not where you sit.

Paid at a global rate

Companies pay what the role is worth to them, in USD, GBP, CAD or AUD, through a platform like Deel or Remote or a direct contract. Same date every month.

Hours agreed in writing

UK hours are 2pm to 10pm Dhaka. US East is a shifted day with the overlap in your evening. UAE is 11am to 7pm. Nothing is presented to a company until you have confirmed the hours you can actually keep.

Someone in your corner

We check in with you at day 7 and day 14 after you start, separately from the company. If something is off, we hear it first and fix it.

Questions we get

Straight answers.

Is there any fee to be placed?No. Joining the pool and being placed never costs you anything, the company pays us when you start. The Candidate Support plan is a separate, optional paid service and you are never asked to buy it to be considered for a role.
Which roles?Software engineering, QA, data, design, product, customer support, sales development, marketing, finance and operations. Mid to senior most often, 3 plus years of experience.
Do I need to work nights?Only if you choose a US role and confirm it in writing. UK, UAE and Australian roles fit a normal or slightly shifted Dhaka day.
Can I apply if I already have a job?Yes. Most of the people we place are employed when they apply. Nothing is shared with anyone until you agree to an interview.
How long until I hear something?Two working days at every step. If there is no role that fits right now, you stay in the pool and we contact you when one does.
What do you need from me?A CV with dates, a LinkedIn profile, your expected monthly rate in USD and the hours you can work. That is the whole form.
